This evidence based, Australian course will empower you to have a ‘CALM conversation’ about suicide, and how to understand, respond to and hopefully prevent a  suicide. It will also reduce stigma, promote help seeking and save lives. 

CALM empowers participants to recognise and respond to those who are at suicidal risk, and to support someone by providing positive intervention, development of a safety plan, and linking to them to other services for more support.
