Complaints Policy

There may be times where Suicide Programs does not meet your expectations. In these circumstances we encourage you to let us know. We are committed to learning from your experiences as it will help us to continually improve the services we offer.

CALM Consulting Pty Ltd, (trading as Suicide Programs),  takes all compliments, complaints and feedback seriously.

Our values, ‘Excellence or acting with courage, being client focused and continually working to improve ourselves and our services’, can only be achieved through hearing about your experiences and thoughts.

Your compliments, complaints or feedback will be managed:

  • with gratefulness and respect
  • with no prejudice or bias
  • in a culturally appropriate manner and inclusive manner
  • in a responsive and timely way – we will respond within 48 hours

To provide feedback and compliments or make a complaint you are invited to complete the form below and submit it for our attention. We will take note of what information you provide to us. This information will be passed on to the appropriate person to deal with the complaint. We shall acknowledge the receipt of the complaint and officially respond within 7 days. Alternatively, you may talk to your trainer direct by telephoning (07)3077 6536, 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

We shall keep in touch with you during the process. If you require support, please contact us. Once we have finalised your complaint, we will advise you of our findings and any actions we have taken.

If you are not pleased with the outcome of this process, the below agencies might be able to offer additional assistance/information.
